Antonia is an experienced mental health nurse with 20 years experience in the NHS across a range of roles from clinical nurse specialist to Associate Director of Nursing at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. 

She has run inpatient adolescent units, worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in CAMHS, set up an award winning intensive support service for adolescents in crisis and managed large scale service change.

She is passionate about the role supervision and reflective practice plays in ensuring a healthy workforce. She is a qualified Clinical Supervisor and Professional Nurse Advocate and has many years experience teaching and training in this area. 

Antonia's breadth of experience from "floor to Board" places her in a fantastic position to offer individuals, teams and wider systems a bespoke consultancy service.
